Rubber Duckie You’re The One

I got the coolest toy to review. Seriously. It is phenomenal.

Ernie from K’NEX came in the mail and my girls almost fainted from oxygen loss from the high pitched screams of joy they emitted as they fought over who would be the first to play with Ernie.

My Expectations

How interesting could one toy be? I thought this would keep them occupied for about an hour and then it would be on to another toy. Either that or they would get frustrated trying to put it together and give up.

Yes, I have a bad habit of underestimating my children.

The Results

Was I wrong! They played with the put-together K’NEX ernie, they played with the Ernie container, and they even had Ernie eating the Ernie pieces. It sounds gross, but really, they’re toddlers…it’s not like they know what they’re doing.

Conclusion

My kids love this thing. Seriously. It’s been days and days and this is still the first toy that gets pulled from the shelf in the morning. They love running around the house with the arm that has the rubber duckie in it, they love putting him together and taking him apart.

We will probably purchase the rest of them for the girls for the holidays.
