Sensa Week 4

Well by now I am sure everyone is wondering if  I lost weight and how much if  I did, I want to be the first to tell you that I have no clue, and I don’t want to know just yet.  I do however know that clothes are fitting a little looser and stomach seems to be a little smaller.  In other words I am feeling secure that Sensa is doing what it is designed to do.  I cannot wait to start month 2 of Sensa!
