Well, I have made it and I am still here, I have officially lost 25 pounds…I am thinking weight loss will be different for every one who uses Sensa (that’s just my personal opinion).  Its funny, but this kind of felt like a horse race…and she is off, rounding the corner with week 1 of Sensa, and look at that ladies and gentlemen, she is almost to the finish line, ran into a couple of obstacles, but picked the pace back up rounding the corner on month 5 of Sensa…she is almost to the finish and can you hear the crowd roar as she finishes with month 6th of Sensa…and the prize is a 25 pound weight loss, and of course smaller jeans and a great big smile.  Good luck to every one who tries Sensa, but also remember that good food choices and exercise should be a part of the plan. :)

Hello, I’ve been trying to do some research on Sensa and looking for real consumer results and came across your blog. Would you mind sharing your experience with it with me? Is it worth the monday?

  2. Michelle says:

    worth the *money…haha.

did you change your diet, or just continue to eat the same and it controlled your portions? thanks!

  3. Jennifer says:

It controls your portions without you having to use an ounce of willpower – you just get fuller faster and get to that “can’t eat another bite” place with so much more food left on the plate!

    25 pounds! That is awesome!

did it really take 6 months to lose 25 lbs.?

  6. Dawn says:

Yes it took 6 months to lose 25 lbs. … but considering I didn’t have to change my diet OR exercise, I’ll take that as a blessing and walk tall and proud! LOL

congratulations! i have tried sense for a couple of weeks now and have seen nothing. i’m canceling within my one month trial period because it’s too expensive to see if nothing will happen for 5 more months. plus, i don’t like the terium of having to shake it on everything (which i admit that i haven’t) and the grittiness it can add to some foods. thanks for your inspiration though!

I have been on Sensa since the 11th and have already had a positive result. I have lost a few pounds and I no longer feel the urge to continue eating beyond a reasonable amount. But you have to use the product as instructed. It is no different than using a salt or pepper shaker and fits nicely in your purse or pocket when you are on the go. I do not find it at all gritty nor does it change the flavor of my food. I am using a couple of other tools along with this product which the company does encourage. I must lose at least 25 pounds by this fall or my surgeon will refuse to give me the new hip that I so desperately need. I also go to the gym twice a week and do what I can given the condition of my hip. I no longer bring temptation foods into my home with which I can’t control my consumption and one of the smartest things I did was purchase a Vita Mix which is a high end blender/food processor. I buy all sorts of fruits and vegetables even ones I’m not crazy about and blend them together in seconds. The results are tasty, filling and highly nutritious. A soup can be made with the mixer from scratch to hot on the table in 5 to 10 minutes. It runs at such a fast speed it literally heats the soup. I don’t have time to pick at forbidden foods because my meals are done so quickly. I avoid most prepared foods with all of the bad ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated fats and loads of sodium. My blood pressure was already down today at the doctors. I love this machine so much that I have become an affiliate with Vita Mix and can demo and sell to people. So, yes, if all continues to go well I will indeed continue with the Sensa after my 30 day trial. It seems to successfully address my most pressing dietary problem—-how much I eat.
