Your Authors: Jen & Becca

Hi, I’m Jen. It’s nice to meet you - I hope you find the reviews on this blog helpful in your online (or offline) purchasing decisions.

If you’re looking for a mommyblog to review your product, please take a look at how we review as well as our points of review to get an idea what we can do for your company.

I’m a mom. I have a 3 year old, 2 year old and a 10 year old stepdaughter - I’ve been working (successfully, ha!) from home for the last five years, and my husband is an AdWords specialist for a company in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. We’re a pretty Internet-savvy family overall.

My writing consists of freelance projects as well as blogging.

My blogs can be found at:

You can also find reprints of some of my blog posts on the Chicago Sun Times Online as well as Reuters.com - basically, in terms of writing, I get around *grin*

Here are the links of the stories that were picked up by Reuters.com

And links to stories that have been picked up by both Reuters.com and the Chicago Sun Times

If your company needs writing work done for the web that’s friendly, approachable, and sells without the sleaze - contact me and let’s see if I can help!

About Becca

Hi there! I’m Becca, co-blogger here at MommyBlog Reviews. I’m mom to a beautiful baby girl, two lazy cats, and a newly adopted dog who has yet to figure out where she fits in our little menagerie. You may have seen me at k2p2, or at Froebe Fibers where I sell hand-dyed yarns; safe for our kitchen, safe for your feet. My husband is a computer geek. I really don’t understand what he does, but he claims to be a DBA. If you can explain what a DBA does, more power to you.

I’m a baby-wearing, breast-feeding, geek loving, computer gaming, crafty, artsy, stay-at-home, knitting, cooking, business owning mama.

Becca and babe readingI’ve been a freelance writer (really – I do get paid for this!) for 8 years now, and have had full time gigs with Robert Half International, and The University of Miami. I’ve also been a staff writer for Commercial Builder/Architect magazine and The Frankfort Station news.

I love reviewing products, and am thrilled to have a single place to find all my reviews instead of scattering them hither and yon. Please, drop me a line anytime.
